KPMG is looking for an experienced and driven Accounting & Tax Processes Automation Lead to join our dynamic Tax team.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze accounting and tax business processes to identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Prepare functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, Definition of Done (DoD), and test cases.
  • Design and document business processes using BPMN methodology.
  • Work closely with software developers, QA engineers, and business users during solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and production rollout.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of ERP-based solutions, including 1C, SAP, Oracle EBS, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Contribute to the implementation of automation technologies such as RPA, OCR, AI, Agentic AI, BPM, and Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
  • Assist in integrating digital solutions with cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Monitor solution performance and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.
  • Provide user support, conduct training sessions, and prepare functional documentation for implemented solutions.

Requirements

  • Understanding of accounting and tax outsourcing services.
  • Understanding of tax compliance and tax-related business processes.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, including 1C, SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS), and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Understanding of OCR, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Agentic AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management (BPM), and Low-Code/No-Code development concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with BPMN notation and Microsoft Office applications.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experience in documenting business requirements, user stories, Definition of Done (DoD), and test cases.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with software developers throughout the software development lifecycle, including testing, debugging, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution delivery, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • At least upper-intermediate English.
