Responsibilities
- Taking part in different stages of Valuation, M&A, Due Diligence projects;
- Carrying out financial analysis;
- Conducting market research;
- Analyzing financial and operational data of companies under investigation;
- Preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, contracts and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials;
- Preparing and delivering financial models.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering & Civil Engineering;
- High achievers with strong GPA;
- Good understanding of financial accounting, valuation methods, market comparison analysis;
- CFA/ACCA certification is a plus;
- Strong analytical skills: numeracy, ability to structure large amounts of data, advanced research skills;
- Excellent writing and presentation skills;
- Fast learner, team player with strong communication skills;
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly;
- Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken).
