Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for in-house corporate functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR, Data Protection, Internal IT)
  • Proactively search and headhunt to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for experienced hires, from initial screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and closure.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks.
  • Prepare all necessary documentation and manage the offer/acceptance process.
  • Maintain accurate data in our recruitment systems for timely reporting and process efficiency.
  • Support and guide junior recruiters in managing complex candidate communications and resolving issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Proven track record of successfully closing mid-level and senior-level vacancies in the in-house corporate functions.
  • Hands-on experience with major Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong focus on data integrity and using metrics to inform recruitment strategy.
