Responsibilities
- Working in a team-based environment to perform tax-related tasks including tax compliance and advisory services to clients;
- Checking client tax returns for accuracy and identifying potential savings;
- Preparing calculations and drafts of tax return forms, including but not limited to CIT, PIT, VAT tax returns;
- Preparing payroll and payroll-related taxes calculations, payslips, timesheets and other supporting documents needed for proper payroll calculations.
- Ensuring correct reflecting of the transactions in 1c accounting databases;
- Helping clients by checking they have all the information required by tax authorities;
- Closely monitoring the client - tax authority relationship;
- Organizing client files and preparing initial advice;
- Tutoring junior staff and supervising quality and deadlines of deliverables to clients
- Close work with government bodies.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Audit/Taxation or Finance
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of tax accounting and bookkeeping, accounting
- Practical experience with CIT, withholding tax, VAT (incl. non-residents, EAEU imports), payroll, and other taxes.
- Knowledge of international taxation and tax administration, corporate income tax well awareness
- At least upper-intermediate English, fluent Russian
