Responsibilities

  • Support and actively contribute to the annual compensation review and budgeting cycle (market analysis, internal benchmarking, scenario modeling)
  • Administer the bonus cycle end-to-end: preparation of templates, coordination with business units, consolidation, and calculations
  • Analyze HR and compensation data to identify trends (turnover, pay equity, engagement)
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and recurring reports
  • Conduct market benchmarking using salary surveys and support compensation recommendations
  • Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders by providing data insights and analytical support
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of compensation data
  • Contribute to process improvements and partial automation of recurring tasks
  • Prepare structured reports and presentations for internal stakeholders​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards.
  • Good understanding of C&B practices, trends, and legal requirements.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HR systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
