Support and actively contribute to the annual compensation review and budgeting cycle (market analysis, internal benchmarking, scenario modeling)
Administer the bonus cycle end-to-end: preparation of templates, coordination with business units, consolidation, and calculations
Analyze HR and compensation data to identify trends (turnover, pay equity, engagement)
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and recurring reports
Conduct market benchmarking using salary surveys and support compensation recommendations
Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders by providing data insights and analytical support
Ensure accuracy and consistency of compensation data
Contribute to process improvements and partial automation of recurring tasks
Prepare structured reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards.
Good understanding of C&B practices, trends, and legal requirements.
Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HR systems is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
