o Communication with clients to identify strategic requirements to IT architecture / IT solutions
o Development of high-level and / or detailed requirements lists (functional and non-functional)
o Modelling of AS-IS / TO-BE architecture:
o Business functions / Business process hierarchical lists
o Data objects hierarchical lists
o Applications, modules, functions (methods) / (micro)services hierarchical lists
o Hosting (virtual or physical servers, that host different application components)
o Mappings between above-mentioned objects (business functions – data objects, business functions – applications, applications – data objects, applications – hosting, integrations, etc.)
o Identification of GAPs between AS-IS / TO-BE architecture
o Finding best-fit solutions for TO-BE architecture components, including market research and technology selection (incl., commutation with potential vendors and integrators)
o Defining architecture management process framework and key artifacts templates, development of process description, selection best-fit tools for architecture repository
o Presenting to management and architecture committee developed architecture artifacts, get required approvals (incl. development power point presentations to management)
o Assisting project / product manager in management of architecture work stream
o Bachelor’s or Master’s / Specialist’s degree in technical sciences or business / economy / finance / project management with orientation on IT or additional courses / practice in IT
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
o 3+ years of experience in business / system analysis / consulting
o 1+ year of experience in banking or insurance
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
o Certification in enterprise and / or solution architecture is a plus
Technical skills that would be quite useful:
o Understanding of key concepts of enterprise architecture
o Understanding of database concepts, basic knowledge of SQL
o Understanding of basic business analysis technics / artifacts
o Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including ability to prepare power point presentations and accurately work in Excel
o Knowledge of architecture management tools is a plus (ArchiMate, Miro, etc.)
o Experience in programming / software configuration is a plus
