We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern / Researcher to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a final-year student who is interested in building a career in recruitment and talent research.

The intern will assist in identifying potential candidates, conducting market research, and supporting the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct candidate research and talent mapping across different industries and companies
  • Identify and source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Support recruiters with CV screening and candidate shortlisting
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Assist with market research and competitor analysis related to talent pools
  • Prepare candidate lists and research reports for the recruitment team
  • Support administrative tasks related to the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or final-year student (preferably in HR, Business, Economics or related fields)
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Interest in recruitment, HR, or consulting
  • Good communication skills in English and Russian
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information and organize data
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and MS Excel is a plus
