
Recruiter/ Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment activities across assigned business areas, from requisition to offer.
- Build strong consultative partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
- Leverage sourcing strategies, market insights, and assessment tools to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
- Champion a consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout all touchpoints.
- Support firmwide diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives through intentional hiring practices.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and contribute to regular reporting and analytics.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the firm at relevant events and within the talent market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience.
- Demonstrated success in a recruiting role within a professional services, corporate, or agency environment.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics.
- Knowledge of Azerbaijan, English, and Russian fluently, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a structured and deadline-driven manner.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and resolve recruitment challenges.
- Proficiency in candidate assessment techniques, including behavioral interviewing and psychometric testing.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Azerbaijan.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
