Responsibilities
Working closely with business to understand business objectives in order to prioritize sourcing strategy and build pipeline for future needs
Ensuring quality, cost effective and timely rec

itment of experienced hires
Direct search and pre-screening of CVs, reference checking
Candidates' assessment and selection, coordination of interviews with hiring managers
Managing end to end offer/ acceptance process, preparing all the necessary documentation
Preparing reports on rec

itment
Support rec
ru
iters to assist with managing difficult communications, assisting with issue resolution where required
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with rec
ru
itment services providers
Requirements

University degree
3-5 years of previous rec
ru
itment experience, preferably with an international company or rec
ru
itment agency
Experience of rec
ru
iting volume campaigns as well as un
iq
ue roles
Excellent interviewing skills
Strong expertise in search resources and research tools
Seen as an effective and persuasive communicator who seeks insight into the business and acts as an expert advisor
Good client relationship skills
Understand the importance of data integrity, timely and accurate reporting and uses this information to

n efficient processes
Collaborative team player, seeks continuous improvement from self
Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently
Commercially minded with a focus on the business aims, proven negotiation skills
