Responsibilities

  • Welcoming KPMG guests. Creating a positive experience for KPMG guests and clients
  • Reserving meeting rooms and preparing them for external and internal meetings
  • Organizing access cards for KPMG guests and clients, temporary office cards for employees, and parking passes
  • Answering external and internal phone calls and delivering necessary information to employees in a timely and accurate manner
  • Organizing airport transfers for guests and employees (ordering taxis, tracking flights, coordinating with drivers)
  • Arranging group transportation (bus/minivan) for corporate events and business trips
  • Receiving, registering, distributing, and monitoring all incoming correspondence in a timely manner
  • Preparing reports on used transfers and invoice details, as well as managing relevant databases
  • Managing employees’ personal data in the corporate accounts of taxi companies and monitoring and preparing reports
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the Performance Manager and the Department Head.

Requirements

  • Higher education
  • Work experience is welcome but not necessary
  • Upper-Intermediate English (both oral and written) literate Russian and Azerbaijani
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Power Point)
  • Telephone and business etiquette competence
  • Effective time-management, ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Effective communication with different categories of staff
  • Client-centered approach, result-oriented
  • Stress-resistance
  • Readiness to follow formal Business and Business Casual dress codes.
