Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Reception Operation: Manage the front desk by booking conference rooms for meetings, greeting visitors, working with office equipment, handling phone calls, and assisting in organizing internal meetings.
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare various documentation, registration, and filing as needed.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain various databases to ensure accurate records and efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Hold a higher education degree (preferably in linguistics or management).
  • Have at least 0.5 year of administrative support and office management experience.
  • Are fluent in Kazakh, English, and Russian at an upper-intermediate level to effectively communicate with expatriates.
  • Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines while multitasking.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
