Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for experienced hires, including sourcing, interviewing, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct market research and apply various search tools to attract top professionals.
  • Lead reporting and analytics to track key recruitment KPIs.
  • Organize and participate in employer branding activities, including career fairs and internal HR projects.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment, including hiring for mid-level positions.
  • Strong knowledge of various search tools and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Public speaking skills and the ability to present HR initiatives.
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
