KPMG Armenia is looking for a Marketing/Administrative Assistant to join its team.

Responsibilities

Work to perform includes but is not limited to:

  • Assist in implementation of marketing activities and day-to-day marketing processes;
  • Assist in preparation and publishing social media posts and in maintaining company online presence;
  • Participate in regional marketing calls and coordinate follow-up actions;
  • Provide administrative support relating to marketing campaigns;
  • Organization of events and promotional activities;
  • Contribute to efficient functioning of Facilities & Operations Department by providing timely, high quality administrative support;
  • Manage office supplies such as stationery, equipment, furniture, etc.;
  • Deal with visitors, incoming and outgoing correspondence/calls/messages;
  • Arrange business trips, travel coordination.

Requirements

  • University degree;
  • Professional experience in a relevant field;
  • Ability to deal with social media platforms and marketing processes;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Strong writing and presentation skills;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages (both written and spoken).
