Researching and answering audit and assurance-related formal and informal queries from KPMG audit engagement teams in accordance with International Standards of Auditing (ISA’s), ISAE and ISRE and so on.
Responsible for coaching and providing input to audit teams during the consultation process.
Active involvement in the preparation of the content for audit updates and various training materials on ISA’s to KPMG partners and staff.
Staying up to date with developments in both local standards, ISA, ISRE and ISAE through internal research, participation in relevant trainings and involvement in topic teams.
Assisting in regulatory reviews and internal quality inspections and supporting the engagement partners in addressing audit methodology matters raised during such reviews.
Active involvement on specific projects within DPP Assurance, including development of internal methodology guidance and other intellectual resources
Requirements
At least 5 years of total audit experience as an Audit Manager or Audit Assistant Manager.
Good computer skills (Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint);
Fluent in English;
ACCA qualification is preferred.
Open to rare 1-2 day business trips.
