Learning & Development Systems Administrator (GLMS/OpenPD)

Responsibilities

  • Administering GLMS/OpenPD (SuccessFactors), ensuring correct translations and user account assignments
  • Managing cost centers and training budget allocation
  • Investigating technical issues and incidents in GLMS
  • Monitoring user activity and providing technical support
  • Coordinating training sessions and setting up learning goal forms
  • Extracting training completion data and analyzing it in Excel
  • Preparing learning effectiveness reports and tracking training KPIs


Requirements

  • 2+ years in GLMS/LMS administration (or similar systems)
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas)
  • Experience with databases and reporting
  • L&D/HR background with corporate training knowledge
  • Relevant degree (HR/IT/Economics/Psychology)
  • English B1 proficiency

Preferred Requirements:

  • LMS/Excel/Power BI certifications
  • Power Query/VBA experience
  • Data visualization skills (Power BI/SQL)
