Responsibilities

  • Learning Ecosystem Design & Strategy: Develop comprehensive learning frameworks and methodologies for soft skills development. Research and implement global best practices from leading organizations. Design Individual Development Plan (IDP) processes and just-in-time performance tools.
  • Training Design & Delivery: Design and facilitate over 120 hours of leadership and soft skills training annually. Create blended learning solutions incorporating peer-to-peer development and just-in-time tools. Develop scalable processes for content creation and delivery. Evaluate training effectiveness through behavioral observation, skill demonstration, and business impact measurement.
  • Process Automation & Analytics: Transform manual learning needs analysis into automated, data-driven processes. Implement systematic analysis of performance review data to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership: Partner with business leaders to align learning strategy with organizational goals. Collaborate with global L&D teams to leverage international resources and ensure consistency.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and develop a team of 1-3 L&D specialists. Navigate change resistance and build organizational buy-in for new learning initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development with a proven track record of framework development
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience designing and delivering soft skills training programs with demonstrated facilitation excellence
  • 2+ years of team management experience for 1-3 direct reports
  • Experience with learning analytics, process automation, and data-driven decision making
  • Proven ability to transform manual processes into systematic, scalable solutions
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with ability to engage senior executives
  • Experience with modern L&D technologies, LMS platforms, and digital learning tools
  • Proven experience in LMS administration, including user management, course deployment, and system optimization
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, competency modeling, and performance improvement methodologies
  • Fluent in English; 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Coaching and mentorship expertise on facilitation skills and methodological approaches
  • Track record of transforming mandatory compliance training into strategic capability building
  • Experience with change management and organizational transformation initiatives
  • Project management certification or equivalent experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or similar high-performance environments preferred
