KPMG Armenia is looking for an in-house lawyer to join its  team.

Responsibilities


  • Corporate matters;
  • Legal advice on differed issues related to company’s activity;
  • Working with state authorities and professional organizations;
  • Reviewing documents’ compliance with applicable legislation;
  • Reviewing/preparing/updating contracts, agreements and other legal documents;
  • Negotiating agreements with clients and suppliers;
  • Claims and litigations;
  • Data Privacy issues;
  • Monitoring and analysis of legislation, drafting opinion on controversial issues of legislation and proposed changes to laws;
  • Working with different databases.

Requirements


  • Degree in Law;
  • At least 2 – 5 years’ experience, preferable with an multinational company;
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian legislation: civil, business, corporate, data privacy, private international law; administrative and court procedures, knowledge of international business law;
  • Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian;
  • Understanding of Business ethics principles;
  • Ability to work with large information scope;
  • Good communication skills and attention to details;
  • Ability to switch quickly from one assignment to another, multitasking skills;
  • Self-motivation and analytical mindset.
