Junior Power Platform Developer (Audit Innovations)

We are looking for a motivated Power Platform Developer to join the Audit Innovations team and support digital transformation and automation initiatives within audit processes.

The role focuses on developing internal automation solutions using Microsoft technologies to optimize and modernize financial audit procedures. You will work with the Microsoft Power Platform and cloud services to build applications, automate workflows, integrate systems, and prepare data for analytics and reporting.

• Develop and configure internal solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Support data integration and management using Azure SQL, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Fabric, and other Microsoft cloud services
• Build dashboards and analytical tools for audit teams
• Collect and document business and technical requirements from internal stakeholders
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, user onboarding, and stabilization of solutions before release
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and auditors across multiple initiatives

• 1–3 years of experience with Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint Online, or similar)
• Understanding of databases, data models, and system integration basics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with internal stakeholders
• Fluent Russian and strong English (written and spoken)
• Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, AZ-900, DP-900 or similar) are an advantage
• Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization
• Basic knowledge of APIs and integrations
