Responsibilities

Responsbilities:

  • Manage core administrative functions: databases, payment processing, and ordering of promotional products for the team.
  • Support event planning and content creation, working directly with the Head of Marketing and professionals across the CCA region.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the business development goals of our team.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in marketing and event organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and team-oriented attitude.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks, including processing payments and managing logistics.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • A creative mindset and willingness to support social media content and corporate events.

Preferred requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent skills in PowerPoint (creating professional presentations) and Excel (including Pivot Tables).
  • Prior experience working in a corporate environment.
