We are looking for a Junior Learning & Development Specialist to support the L&D team in coordinating and administering internal learning programs and employee development initiatives. This role is suitable for candidates with initial experience in HR or L&D who want to grow in the field of learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of internal and external training programs, including maintaining training registries, participant lists, and CPD records.
  • Maintain and update learning data, prepare reports and data exports, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of training records and documentation.
  • Assist with employee registration for learning programs (e.g., ACCA and internal trainings) and process related requests and communications.
  • Provide operational support for training activities, including processing emails, preparing documentation templates, and supporting ad-hoc tasks.
  • Support the organization of internal training programs by coordinating logistics, preparing training materials, and communicating with participants.
  • Collect and organize feedback following training sessions and support ongoing improvement of learning processes.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to managing data and documentation.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as FILTER and COUNTIF.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative and operational tasks simultaneously.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.
