Junior Graphic Designer

KPMG is seeking a motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Almaty or Astana.
In this role, you will support the creation of high-quality visual materials across digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency with KPMG brand guidelines. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and internal business units to deliver creative solutions that support business objectives. • Develop high-quality visual solutions in PowerPoint in compliance with KPMG brand guidelines.
• Create visually appealing and engaging graphic designs for a variety of digital and print materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs, maintaining a unified and professional visual identity.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.

• Have at least 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or Course Certificate in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop; proficiency in InDesign is highly beneficial.
• Are skilled in PowerPoint and creating high-quality presentations.
• Have a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity.
• Are proficient in English; knowledge of Kazakh is an advantage.
• Are proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to collaborate with teams to deliver creative solutions.
