Responsibilities
- Providing installation and upgrading of computer systems hardware and software
- Providing first line technical support and problem solving in cases of user hardware/software/network failure
- Multi-functioning devices support (print, scan, copy)
- Handling back-ups of servers, laptops and the first line of IP- telephony, audio and video- conference systems, including basic programming of these systems and administration
- Project work as defined by ITS Project Services and IT Service Desk Manager, such as migrations and projects, installing software when agreed, etc.
- IT warehouse inventory
Requirements
- Relevant higher education
- Intermediate level of English
- Knowledge of networking technologies
- Professional knowledge of Windows 10 (certificate is a plus)
- Advanced user of MS Office 2013/2016/O365 products (mainly Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Active Directory, SCCM and ITIL knowledge will be an advantage
Conditions
- Duration: 3 months internship.
- Format: On-site, full-time (Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00).
- Compensation: Unpaid internship with the opportunity for future employment based on performance, as well as promotion after 3 months.
- Mentorship: Access to guidance and mentorship from KPMG professionals.
- Additional: Recommendation letter upon successful completion of the internship.
