• Conducts and/or actively participates in meetings related to the designated project’s with partners
• Performs technologies planning including searching for new directions and solutions for the company's IT products
• Maintains best practices in Enterprise architecture across all teams
• Advises and recommends Enterprise architecture strategies, processes and methodologies
• Collaborates with all relevant parties in order to review the objectives and constraints of each solution and determine conformance with the Enterprise architecture
• Recommends the most suitable technical architecture and defines the solution at a high level
• Recommends and participates in the design and implementation of standards, tools and methodologies
• Coordinates events on implementation and modification of Enterprise architecture
• Monitors the implementation process of application and infrastructure development with purpose to assure the system or infrastructure compliance with the Enterprise architecture
• Defines the necessity of Enterprise architecture change with purpose to satisfy the project needs
• Identifies the impact of Enterprise architecture adoption or change on organization (ex. skills, processes, structures) and finance.
   

• Higher university degree (in Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, etc.) from a leading Kazakhstan or Foreign University, Master’s degree is not obligatory, but an advantage
• 2-5 years of relevant experience either in consulting or in one or more of the following industries: Financial Services, Public Sector (Central and /or Local and Regional Government), Consumer Goods, Retail, Oil&Gas, Energy and Utilities, Telecoms, Media, Technology
• Combine of System and Design thinking - the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking) and ability to present it fully with fewer words
• Knowledge of IT governance, management and operations
• Experience of options analyzing and supporting technical decision-making across complex technology landscape
• Familiarity with industry-recognized methodologies (e.g. CMMI, Lean, TOGAF)
• Required skills: Application architecture, Data architecture, Technology architecture, Business architecture and their integration developing experience
• Customer service orientation, project’s key stakeholders expectations satisfaction orientation
