Internal Communications Senior Specialist

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal culture and communication initiatives tailored to KPMG Caucasus & Central Asia offices, supporting local teams and leadership engagement
- Adapt global corporate programs to regional contexts, ensuring alignment with global standards and values
- Manage regular internal communications channels including intranet, news digests, and Viva Engage, and organize strategic events such as town halls and staff conferences
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to assess the impact of initiatives and recommend improvements
- Support the development of corporate values and traditions through onboarding sessions, community events, and internal clubs (e.g. sports, reading, language)
- Coordinate the Global Engagement Survey and pulse surveys: manage communication, collect and analyze results, present findings, and track the implementation of engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Have a higher education in psychology, journalism, personnel management, sociology, communications, or a related field
- Bring at least 2 years of experience in corporate culture and internal communications
- Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Possess analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a creative approach to internal communications
- Are proactive, responsible, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Have experience working in international companies (a plus)
