We are looking for a motivated Intern/Executive to join our Deal Advisory, Fixed Assets Valuation team. This role focuses on supporting valuation projects related to tangible assets across various industries for different business purposes. The Intern/Executive will contribute to financial and market analysis, assist in building valuation models, and support the preparation of client deliverables, working closely with project teams throughout different stages of advisory engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in different stages of Advisory projects related to tangible (fixed) assets valuation for various purposes.
  • Communicate with management and personnel of client and target companies, including during site visits.
  • Conduct industry research and market analysis to support valuation projects.
  • Prepare various types of tangible assets valuation models.
  • Support report writing and review processes to ensure accuracy and clarity of deliverables.
  • Assist in the preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, and other project-related documentation.

Requirements

  • Are currently pursuing a degree or in the final year of study in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Have knowledge of valuation methodologies and techniques for fixed assets.
  • Possess a strong level of English proficiency.
  • Are an advanced user of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, including numeracy, ability to structure large amounts of data, and research skills.
  • Have excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Are a fast learner and team player with strong communication skills.
  • Are open to business travel.
  • Hold or are pursuing relevant professional certification (considered an advantage).
