Cyber Security Intern

KPMG CCA is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Intern to join our Technology Consulting team in Azerbaijan. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Cybersecurity and IT Risk Management, working alongside professionals who help organizations protect their systems and manage technology risks.

• Participate in cybersecurity and IT risk assessments for clients
• Support compliance reviews and development of cybersecurity strategies
• Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation
• Conduct research, analyze data, and contribute insights to projects
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on ongoing assignments and client deliverables

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Azerbaijani (Russian is a plus)
• Familiarity with key information security principles and standards (NIST, COBIT, ISO 27K series)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Motivation to learn, contribute, and grow in a professional environment
