KPMG is seeking a motivated Intern in Fixed Assets, Deal Advisory to join our team in Almaty or Astana. In this role, you will contribute to Fixed Assets Valuation projects, working closely with experienced professionals on complex business valuation tasks for local and multinational clients. Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis of historical data for companies and perform industry research to support valuation projects.
  • Prepare fixed assets valuation models in Excel to assist in project execution.
  • Write, review, and check valuation reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Communicate with management and personnel from client and target companies, including during site visits.
  • Assist in the preparation and supervision of marketing and presentation materials for client engagement.

Requirements

  • Are a recent graduate or a last-year student (preferably in engineering).
  • Have no experience or 1-3 years of experience in valuation, accounting, economics, engineering, or real estate consulting.
  • Have a basic understanding of financial accounting, valuation methods, and financial analysis.
  • Are fluent in English and able to work with documentation in English.
  • Are proactive and ready to learn, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
