We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainees to join our team in Almaty or Astana. This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in HR Learning & Development Group. You will contribute to the organization and execution of training programs, assist with internal communications, support process documentation, and help ensure the smooth operation of various HR functions.

Responsibilities

HR Training Coordination Trainee:

  • Assist with contract management: organize existing contracts, archive outdated documents, and maintain order in the system.
  • Support training processes: send regular reminders, maintain communication with participants, and track progress.
  • Help with training logistics: assist in organizing and supporting new intakes and onboarding activities.
  • Take over selected training-related tasks to ensure smooth execution and timely completion. 

HR Administration Trainee:

  • Maintaining training reports (working with exports from Open PD, using this information to update training checklists in Excel);
  • Organizing online and offline training (sending invitations, ordering coffee breaks, preparing handouts, coordinating and supporting the event on the day, printing and signing attendance sheets, recording the online training session).

HR Communications Trainee:

  • Maintain reporting for LinkedIn Learning, performance management, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Prepare and send internal communications and reminders related to training and HR processes.
  • Describe and document current processes to support future automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least an intermediate level of English.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
