Responsibilities

  • Provide support in performance management and assessment processes.
  • Facilitate learning and development initiatives, including vendor selection, contract administration, payment coordination, meeting organization, and reporting, collaboration with Global teams on internal training programs.
  • Oversee the administration and delivery of employee well‑being benefits and services.
  • Administer vacations and approvals in compliance with company policies.
  • Collection, processing, and analysis of survey and research data; prepare structured reports for leadership.
  • Develop presentations and supporting materials for management review.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR is preferred, ideally in performance management, learning & development (L&D), or employee well-being (at least 3 years);
  • Demonstrated expertise in surveys, research, and data analysis, including preparation of executive-level reports and presentations;
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and senior leadership.
