KPMG Armenia Tax Department Compliance group is seeking HR specialist with 3-5 year of experience to join the team in different HR support projects.

Responsibilities

Work to perform includes but is not limited to:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record vacations, sick or maternity leave, unpaid leaves, etc).
  • Prepare and Follow Up HR documents, like employment contracts, hire and termination documents, vacation orders, etc
  • Organize both physical and digital documents and files
  • Assist payroll team by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationship with clients
  • Generate new ideas and solutions
  • Perform other job-related duties of a compliance team member, as assigned

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Good knowledge of RA labor legislation
  • 3-5 year of HR administration experience, preparation of HR documents
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
  • Experience of managing large amounts of confidential employee information
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word, as well as AI tools
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills;
  • Readiness for intensive work and learning
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Positive attitude and mindset
