Provide consultation to managers on people management practices and HR-related issues.
Coordinate and execute internal communications to ensure alignment and transparency.
Oversee and improve recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and training processes.
Analyze HR metrics and develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and performance.
Requirements
Proven experience in various HR functions with a solid understanding of core HR processes.
Experience delivering presentations and training sessions to diverse audiences (e.g. students, junior staff, senior partners).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
English proficiency at B2 level or above.
