
HR Business Partner

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team and support the Business Unit in delivering impactful HR solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, manage core HR processes, and drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and performance.
Responsibilities
- Organize internal events for the Business Unit (BU) to foster engagement and team spirit.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with BU goals and overall company objectives.
- Provide consultation to managers on people management practices and HR-related issues.
- Coordinate and execute internal communications to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Oversee and improve recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and training processes.
- Analyze HR metrics and develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in various HR functions with a solid understanding of core HR processes.
- Experience delivering presentations and training sessions to diverse audiences (e.g. students, junior staff, senior partners).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
