Responsibilities

  • Build and scale HR analytics from scratch, including dashboards and reporting (Power BI / Excel).
  • Analyze people data to generate insights and support business decisions.
  • Conduct market research and benchmark roles to stay competitive.
  • Partner directly with leadership to design and optimize compensation strategies.
  • Bring a data-driven approach to all people-related decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in C&B, HR Analytics, or similar roles.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Excel and Power BI (or similar tools).
  • Analytical thinking combined with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus.
