HR Analyst (Compensation & Benefits)

Responsibilities
- Build and scale HR analytics from scratch, including dashboards and reporting (Power BI / Excel).
- Analyze people data to generate insights and support business decisions.
- Conduct market research and benchmark roles to stay competitive.
- Partner directly with leadership to design and optimize compensation strategies.
- Bring a data-driven approach to all people-related decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in C&B, HR Analytics, or similar roles.
- Strong hands-on skills in Excel and Power BI (or similar tools).
- Analytical thinking combined with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus.
