Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR administration in medium or large organizations (500+ employees)
  • Strong practical knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing internal HR regulatory documents
  • Hands-on experience in handling labor disputes
  • Experience reviewing and structuring civil law contracts (ГПХ) to avoid misclassification risks
  • Advanced user of 1C ЗУП and Excel
  • Experience in HR compliance audits or interaction with regulatory authorities is a plus
  • Experience in Big4 or international companies would be an advantage

Requirements

  • Full-cycle HR administration (hiring, transfers, dismissals, amendments)
  • Development, implementation, and maintenance of internal regulatory documents
  • Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and monitoring legislative updates
  • Review and correction of civil law contracts (ГПХ) to prevent labor law violations
  • Participation in resolving labor disputes and preparation of legal documentation
  • Interaction with state authorities and regulatory bodies when required
  • Audit and optimization of personnel documentation processes
  • Improvement and automation of HR administrative processes (1C ЗУП, Doodocs, internal systems)
  • Supporting HR team and management on compliance-related matters
