
HR Administration Specialist

KPMG is looking for a skilled HR Administration Specialist to join our team in Almaty or Astana. You will be responsible for HR administration, managing personal files, and supporting employee records, while maintaining compliance with local labor regulations. This role offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Provide full-scope support in HR administration, including orders, employment contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
- Records Management: Maintain personal files, labor contracts, and labor books, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Tender Assistance: Assist in preparing HR-related information for tenders and company reports.
- Document Handling: Form personal files and submit documents to the financial department.
- Motivational Program Management: Administer the Bravo award as part of the company's motivational program.
- HR Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for top management.
Requirements
- Have proven experience in HR record-keeping, with a strong understanding of HR administration processes.
- Are an experienced user of MS Excel and 1C HR, with the ability to manage data effectively.
- Possess excellent knowledge of HR administration and labor law in Kazakhstan.
- Are familiar with enbek.kz and have experience in occupational safety and health practices.
- Pay great attention to detail, work well under pressure, and are committed to delivering high-quality results.
- Have an Intermediate level of English, allowing you to communicate effectively in a global setting.
