A leading Tax and Legal practice is searching for a bright professional to fill the position of Head of KPMG Law Armenia.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assess and expand the company’s client base in collaboration with local partners.
• Propose potential clients from one’s own list.
• Increase (quantitative indicators) the visibility of the KPMG LAW brand in the market.
• Maintain a high level of service quality (key areas: Corporate, Commercial, M&A, Energy & Natural Resources, Real Estate, and Construction).
• Compliance with service delivery deadlines.
• Building relationships with local KPMG Partners and fostering synergy in projects.
• Development and training of junior staff.
• Strengthening relationships with KPMG LAW network teams in CCA (Caucuses and Central Asia) countries and the global KPMG Law network.
• Implementation of Legal Tech Solutions suggested by KPMG globally

• At least 5-8 years of experience in Consulting (Business Law, Corporate Law, M&A), including leadership experience in managing legal teams and complex client engagements
• Strong understanding of legal frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver high-quality legal services.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different service lines and international teams
