We're currently seeking an Senior Consultant (Ex-Auditor) to join our GRCS&ORS team in Astana/Almaty, who is eager to expand their knowledge and expertise in the field. In this dynamic role, you’ll leverage your expertise to prepare client deliverables, conduct assessments of clients’ GRCS practices, analyze data from various industries, and engage in internal risk management procedures, among many other responsibilities.

Responsibilities

As our Senior Consultant, you will:

  • Prepare client deliverables, reports, proposals, and other project-related documentation, as well as marketing materials
  • Collect and analyze GRCS-related data from public information sources across various industries
  • Conduct assessments of clients’ GRCS practices in line with international GRCS ratings standards
  • Develop and deliver GRCS analytics and non-financial information reporting
  • Engage in internal risk management procedures related to client acceptance

Requirements

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading university in Kazakhstan or abroad
  • Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Big Four firm (preferably in audit)
  • Possess 3+ years of professional experience, ideally encompassing consulting and/or client-side GRCS experience
  • Have fluent proficiency in English and Russian
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills across oral, written, and presentation formats
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Have the ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively
  • Possess good organizational and teamwork skills
