Assistance to Financial controller with monthly and annual management financial reporting, including:
- work on the transformation of accounting data from local databases to management data (SAP), process of posting entries to SAP and errors correction
- negotiation with SAP technical support: GL account creation in SAP
- reconciliation of the data between local accounting and management accounting, journal entries preparation and posting to SAP
- preparation of financial reporting in the management accounting system
- intercompany reconciliation and corrections, posting to SAP
- accruals register and reversal in SAP on monthly basis
- preparation of breakdowns of monthly statements by functions and departments
- Participation in preparation of other management reports as necessary.
- Annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Participation in going through annual external audits.
- Participation in migration to IBS/SAP
