Responsibilities
- Working in an interdisciplinary group to perform complex transaction services assignments;
- Providing support to management in the engagement planning and management process;
- Communicating with clients, collecting information, conducting detailed financial analysis, and reporting on findings;
- Being involved in the preparation of proposals to clients
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience from audit or transaction services (Big4 is a plus), alternatively, internal finance/accounting department in companies on the market;
- An academic background in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other technical areas with strong academic performance records;
- Knowledge of accounting standards and IFRS;
- ACCA certification in process is a plus;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Great team spirit and interpersonal skills;
- Good organizational abilities;
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Financial analysis skills with attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritize and manage a multitude of projects simultaneously under tight timelines;
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
