Executive, Real Estate/Deal Advisory

•      Participating in various stages of Deal Advisory projects within the Real Estate sector (valuation, feasibility studies, development consulting, strategy development, M&A)

•      Conducting financial analysis of projects, companies, and holdings

•      Building financial models of varying complexity – from quick assessment models to fully flexible, comprehensive models

•      Performing industry research and market analysis

•      Assessing the value of real estate assets using the market approach

•      Preparing reports and presentations (PowerPoint)

•      Developing marketing and presentation materials (PowerPoint)

•      Higher education – preferably in finance, economics, mathematics, valuation, or construction – with strong academic performance from leading universities in Kazakhstan or abroad

•      Knowledge of valuation methodologies and techniques, including DCF and the market approach

•      Understanding of the  applicability and specifics of each valuation approach in Kazakhstan and in international valuation practice

•      Knowledge of financial accounting (considered an advantage)

•      Strong IT skills: advanced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint

•      Strong analytical abilities, including numeracy, data structuring, and advanced research skills

•      Excellent writing and presentation skills

•      Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian

•      Fast learner and team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
