Responsibilities
- Assess the company's current client base in collaboration with local partners across other Business Units.
- Propose and pursue potential clients from your personal and professional network.
- Increase the visibility of the KPMG Law brand in the market.
- Ensure a consistently high level of service quality across key areas, such as Corporate, Commercial, M&A, Energy & Natural Resources, Real Estate, and Construction.
- Comply with service delivery deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with local KPMG partners to drive collaboration and synergy on projects.
- Lead the development and training of junior legal staff.
- Strengthen relationships with KPMG Law network teams in CCA countries and the global KPMG Law network.
- Implement Legal Tech Solutions suggested by KPMG globally.
Requirements
- Have 5–6 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on Business Law, Corporate Law, and M&A.
- Communicate confidently in English—both written and verbal — at an advanced level.
- Hold an LLM degree, and/or have qualifications in English or US law.
- Bring a proven track record of successful deals — and even better, your own client portfolio.
