Responsibilities
- Managing projects for budgeting automation, CapEx planning, and treasury.
- Implementation and configuration of ERP/BI systems, process automation (SAP, Oracle, 1C, Power BI, Anaplan, etc.).
- Development of financial models and corporate investment management systems.
- Consolidation of financial reporting in holding structures.
- Managing digital transformations for large industrial clients (metallurgy, oil & gas, energy, agriculture, construction, etc.).
- Setting up treasury functions (liquidity, cash flow, intercompany loans).
- Liaising with client finance departments at CFO/CEO level.
Requirements
- Work experience in a Big Four company (starting in audit, then moving to consulting/finance).
- Experience in managing projects for digitizing financial processes.
- Deep expertise in budgeting, treasury, and CapEx investments.
- Knowledge of BI/ERP systems and understanding of the IT architecture of financial solutions.
- Experience working with manufacturing and/or holding structures.
- Experience in a bank or other financial sector companies will be an advantage.
- Fluent English.
