We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Department/Personal Assistant to join our Consulting team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the department. You will work closely with consultants and leadership, coordinating processes, managing documentation, and supporting internal and external communications.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Consulting team and leadership.
  • Organizing and coordinating business meetings, including preparation of documents and presentations, and managing schedules.
  • Arranging business trips, including travel bookings and visa support documentation.
  • Managing business correspondence and handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
  • Preparing contracts and coordinating internal approval (sign-off) procedures.
  • Preparing invoices and processing expense reports.
  • Arranging audio and video conferences via corporate platforms.
  • Organizing team events and supporting internal department initiatives.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by the Consulting team leadership.

Requirements

  • Hold a higher education degree (preferably in Linguistics, Management, or a related field).
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in administrative support or office management.
  • Are fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English (upper-intermediate level or higher), with the ability to communicate effectively with expatriates.
  • Are an experienced PC user with strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess strong organizational and administrative skills with great attention to detail.
  • Are able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
