Taking part in different stages of Valuation, M&A, Due Diligence projects;
Carrying out financial analysis;
Conducting market research;
Analyzing financial and operational data of companies under investigation;
Preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, contracts and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials;
Preparing and delivering financial models.
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering & Civil Engineering;
Good understanding of financial accounting, valuation methods, market comparison analysis;
CFA/ACCA certification is a plus;
Strong analytical skills: numeracy, ability to structure large amounts of data, advanced research skills;
Excellent writing and presentation skills;
Fast learner, team player with strong communication skills;
Ability to adapt to changes quickly;
Fluent English (written and spoken).
