• Communicate effectively with internal departments, project group employees, and other stakeholders within the company.
• Foster and maintain cooperative relationships with customers and clients.
• As required and with management approval, collaborate with regional branches and offices within the international network, both in the CIS region and abroad.
• Perform job duties to a high professional standard, following the instructions provided by your performance manager, whether given orally, in writing, or via corporate email.
• Assist with research activities by developing data collection forms and gathering information as per assigned tasks.
• Prepare analytical conclusions based on research findings and collaborate with senior colleagues to finalize research methods and data collection tools.

• Strong educational background (preferably Finance, Risk Management, Mathematics, Audit, Accounting, Management, Economics) or other relevant background.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel. Power Point)
• Attention to details
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
• Effective team player, strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments
