Responsibilities
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Client Engagement:
Support client interactions to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities. Assist in building strong relationships and contribute to delivering value as a reliable team member. - Project Management:
Support the planning and execution of consulting projects. Collaborate with team members to manage tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Product Development:
Assist in the development and customization of products and solutions to meet client needs and reflect market trends. Contribute to research and provide insights to improve organizational performance. - Team Collaboration:
Work closely with senior consultants and team members in a collaborative environment. Be open to mentoring and learning opportunities, and contribute to team success through active participation and knowledge sharing. - Business Development:
Participate in business development efforts, such as preparing proposal materials, conducting market research, and supporting client presentations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor (at least) degree in Economics, Finance, Corporate Finance, Accounting (Optional); could be a bachelor’s degree (at least) in Math related area with minor in Finance.
- Having any of ACCA, CFA, CIMA, FMVA, CFMP certificates would be an advantage. Awareness of key investments terms (NPV, IRR, CAPM) would be an advantage. Awareness of basic reporting statements (Profit & Loss - P&L / PnL, Balance Sheet - BS, Cash Flow Statement - CFS) would be an advantage. Awareness of basic Budgeting and Treasury terms (EBITDA, Free Cash Flow - FCF, Liquidity, Working Capital, WACC, KPI) would be an advantage.1-2 years in Consulting or about 1-3 year in Business / Audit
- Experience of working in a team
- Experience of managing small processes / teams
