Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Providing IT consulting services to clients in the areas of Data Governance, IT Operating Models Design, IT process improvement, Agile & Frameworks implementation, Digital Transformation, Technology strategy& selection, IT architecture, business analysis;
  • Developing key IT consulting deliverables including process flows, key performance indicators benchmarks, organization structures, digital transformation initiatives, AS-IS and TO-BE IT architecture (components, integrations), functional requirements to components;
  • Carrying out researches, develop data collection forms, gather information in accordance with assignments, prepare analytical conclusions on the research results.
  • Synthesize own analysis, draw relevant conclusions, assist in preparing deliverables for clients.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s / Specialist’s degree in technical fields (mathematics, informatics, physics, robotics, etc.); preferable in Business Informatics, Project Management or Data Analytics;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Problem solving skills (able to identify and solve arising issues, proposes solutions in non-routine situations. Curious, open minded, seeks information from different sources and applies knowledge to develop solutions);
  • Passion for quality of personal contribution into project success;
  • Certification in information technology or project management is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio);
  • Experience in financial modelling with Excel(or more advanced tool) is an advantage;
  • Experience in programming (Java, Python, etc.) and software configuration is an advantage.
