We are looking for a C&B Junior Specialist to join our team in Almaty. In this role, you will support the management of employee programs, overseeing their administration and ensuring precise reporting.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate employee insurance, benefits programs, and wellness initiatives.
Conduct salary market reviews, monitor compliance, and update compensation and benefits policies.
Liaise with service providers, oversee documentation flow and payments.
Advise employees on compensation and benefits matters, and support internal communication.
Analyze KPI performance, calculate bonuses, and prepare reports and data analyses as needed.
Requirements
Have Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Have strong interest in numbers and analytical tasks, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) or a related HR function.
