CIO advisory Senior Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional with experience in digital strategy, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, IT operating model design. You should be comfortable working with complex business problems and translating them into structured, practical solutions.

•        Develop digital or IT strategy concepts based on industry research, benchmarking, and best practices

•        Design target IT architecture and IT operating models, including IT organization structure and role model, IT governance model, IT services management, IT sourcing model, etc.

•        Analyze and design ERP system concepts and technical requirements

•        Translate business needs into structured technical and functional requirements

•        Support CIO advisory engagements with structured recommendations and solution options

•        Prepare delivery materials (reports, presentations, executive-level documentation)

•       3+ years of experience in Digital Strategy, IT Strategy, IT Architecture, or IT Operating Model design

•       Experience in IT planning / enterprise IT function / business analysis / consulting environment

•       Proven ability to work effectively in a team and client-facing environment

•       Fluent in Azerbaijani and English, knowledge of Russian is an advantage

•       Business Analysis Body of Knowledge - BTABoK / BABOK

•       Process maturity and capability assessment - CMMI model

•       Enterprise architecture framework - TOGAF

•       Business process modeling notation - BPMN

•       IT governance and control framework - COBIT
