Responsibilities

  • Preparation and review of tax documentation (payroll taxes, local taxes, WHT, VAT incl. for non-residents, subsoil use taxes, CIT);
  • Verification of calculation formulas and completeness of assigned tasks;
  • Preparation of tax advisory memorandums and other project related documents;
  • Team training on taxation and accounting principles, and documentation procedures.

Requirements

  • Higher education (degree preferably in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics);
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an accountant gained in reputable Kazakhstan or international companies or similar experience in Big4;
  • Excellent knowledge of Kazakh tax and accounting legislation;
  • English at least at intermediate level
